He completed his residency training at the Peninsula Hospital Orthopedic Consortium and furthered his training in the field of Adult Reconstructive Surgery as a fellow at the Hospital for Special Surgery.

Dr Khaimov's private office has been open since 2014. Prior to this he served as an attending at NSLIJ Rego Park Multi-Specialty Office. Currently he serves as an attending at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and Northwell LIJ Forest Hills Hospital.
